Press Process

Before creating the mold, run a press simulation to see if the pressing process can be performed according to product design data and whether there are cracks and wrinkles that can affect the strength of the product. Use internal standards defined in the simulation product design data to ensure product accuracy before molds are physically created using what is currently accumulated.

Welding process

Perform the welding process

By actively using simulation technology, HK-PATI enables mass production of newly designed parts in a short period of time. Based on accumulated knowledge and technical data, we plan and build highly efficient and highly accurate production lines. Additionally, sharing and linking product design data between mold design/manufacturing processes, welding line simulations, and robot programming processes reduces lead times for each process.
